There is a new place to get hair cuts for men and boys.  It's called The Barbershop A Hair Salon for Men. It's located in Cary, near Crossroads (by Moe's). 

 

The standard service includes a haircut, shampoo, conditioner, hot facial towel, mustache/brow trim and shoulder massage. All for $11 cash. Credit cards are also accepted. This is an every day price.
